Gave my Xbox one controller an update now doesn’t work
So I’ve had my key matter for at least three months and haven’t had a problem.But I was trying to fix for the whole Rison five audio glitch and gave my controller and Xbox software update then when I went to use my keyboard and mouse it wasn’t working is there a way I can fix it or do I need to get a new controller that doesn’t have the update

We have now had several 1708 controllers stop working in USB mode when connected directly to the Xbox console, without K2 connected. This is a Microsoft issue since it happens without connection to K2, however we are researching to see if we can find a solution.

This is also happening to me, both Microsoft Xbox One Controllers stopped working with Keymander 2 (no Keyboard input minus F8-11 keys work) Just updated controllers to latest firmware less than week ago but prior to that KeyMander 2 was working, FYI.

Found the fix for this, the Keyboard and Mouse are now working after recently upgrading firmware on both my 1708 controllers, Follow these steps if your 1708 Controller has been updated

After reverting firmware on the controller, I plugged it into Keymander 2 and now everything is working again.
