My Keymander2 keeps disconnecting; is flashing blue and then turning solid green; and keeps disconnecting from phone app

My Keymander keeps unpairing from phone over and over. I am on a series x; and have an elite series 1 controller plugged in (the controller won’t turn on either) and have reset atleast 10 times now. Please help
