If your mouse moves at all then it is working. However, if you do not have the sensitivity or mouse DPI set correctly, you will have issues. First, make sure to set your mouse to the highest DPI setting which should be over 2000dpi to work well with K2. Next, make sure to download the profile for your game from Game Center in the K2 app. Next, set the in-game sensitivity to match the setting shown on the download page for your game profile.
