Microphone problems after update

I’m on Xbox one and there was a update last night to fix the microphone disconnect issue I never had problems until after the update now my microphone disconnects every 10 minutes

Mic and led indicator

Mic no longer works while plugged into the controller that’s plugged into the KEYMANDER. Also the LED indicator on the KEYMANDER no longer lights up.
