I plug all of my cords into the K2 and Everything seems set up correctly, but my keyboard and mouse just won’t work

It would be helpful to know:

1. What console are you on?
2. What keyboard and mouse are you using?
3. Did you connect the K2 with the app?

I’m on Xbox one

I connected to the K2 app

my mouse is a logitech G703 (hero) wireless

my keyboard is Corsair K55 wired

i have worked on it all for hours and can’t find a solution to my problem.

Do you have wired keyboard for test once?

Is your controller working on Xbox through K2 ?

qhen my Xbox controller is plugged into the keymander it turns on and doesn’t work like it should if the keyboard would work. But my keyboard doesn’t work either.

is your controller is official controller or other oem brand controller ?

K2 only support official controller and on Xbox they recommend take off the battery

when you get the K2 do you use K2 app for FW upgrade ?

if you do the FW upgrade , please press the btn1(bt pairing btn) and btn2(Mode btn) for 5 sec to reset the K2

What is the btn button?

I have a battery pack in my controller that’s rechargeable but it’s not plugged into that do I need to have normal batteries in for it to work?

Actually the first testing K2 could work or not

1. Plug your xbox controller on K2 controller port and K2 connect to Xbox

is controller work or not ?

if it is not working , you might need to check as below

• Change your usb cord with your Xbox controller (their have one in box) some of usb cord only support power supply not for data transmit , it will caused K2 not work!
• Check your power port have 5V2A supply
• Upgrade your Xbox controller FW

Please make sure your controller is connected to the KeyMander 2 using the supplied cable in the box. Next, check this and see if your problem is solved.
