Any way I can get someone to help me try n get mine to work my Xbox controllers won’t connect so I’m assuming that’s why it doesn’t work

Keyboard and mouse arent working on PS5
Keyboard and mouse won't work on ps5, i have tried connecting my ps4 controller and playing a ps4 game (battlefield 4) but it doesn't work. The app does recognize when i press buttons, but the game wont register them.
